The Maine Heart Gallery is a photo exhibit of children in Maine, who are waiting for their forever family, with the goal of connecting families and children together. A Family for ME is a partnership between the Maine Department of Health and Human Services and Spurwink Services, and is responsible for the Maine Heart Gallery. Here in Maine, there are approximately 100 children waiting for their adoptive family. Could you be their forever family?

He loves getting out into the community, whether it is running errands, exploring new places, or participating in local activities; he likes it all! Known for his goofy personality and great sense of humor, he enjoys making others laugh and bringing fun to everyday situations. Music is another favorite pastime, and he can often be found listening to his favorite songs, singing along, and be-bopping to the beat. One of his most notable strengths is his growing empathy toward others. He has shown increasing awareness of his peers’ feelings and often makes an effort to support friends who are sad, upset, or facing challenges.
